This Policy explains how Limited Liability Company "Fluttrium" (the "Company") processes personal data of visitors to https://fluttrium.com, in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and, for visitors from the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we collect

Through contact forms: name, email, phone, project description. You provide these voluntarily when submitting a request.

Through analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics 4): IP address, cookie identifier, browser and device technical data, visited pages, referrer. Collected only after you grant consent via the cookie banner.

3. Purposes

Responding to your requests and conclusion/performance of a service contract.

Site analytics, improving the user experience, measuring marketing channel performance.

Protection from spam and automated attacks.

4. Legal basis

For EU visitors: your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) for analytics and marketing; pre-contractual steps at your request under Art. 6(1)(b) for handling requests.

For Russian residents: your consent under Art. 9 of FL-152 and/or contractual necessity under Art. 6.

5. Third-party processors

Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for transactional email delivery — under our data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards including SCCs.

Yandex (Yandex LLC, Russia) and Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) for analytics — only after your consent.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for third-party marketing.

6. Retention

Form submissions: up to 3 years after the last interaction.

Analytics cookies: up to 2 years from placement (managed by the providers).

On request we'll delete your data earlier, unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In the EU — the data protection authority of your country. In Russia — Roskomnadzor.
